The secret to my approach? The ingredients - organic and local. This isn't just a preference, but a commitment. To truly experience rich flavours and optimum nutrition for the body and mind, I believe organic is the only way to go.

 

From my perspective, food at a retreat should hold as much importance as the sessions and workshops. Choosing organic isn't just about self-care, it's a step towards caring for our planet too. The connection may not be commonly discussed during retreats, but for me, it's a no-brainer. By choosing organic, we're taking care of our bodies while also contributing to a healthier world - a holistic approach at its best.
